Justin Dowding acts as General Counsel for noon.com. noon is a joint venture between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund and Mohamed Alabbar (Chairman of Emaar). Justin manages a team of five lawyers and is responsible for the legal and governance functions of noon across the GCC, Egypt, Morocco, India, China, Hong Kong and Sri Lanka. Prior to joining noon, Justin was Head of Legal for Transguard Group in Dubai, he has also worked for Expedia, Royal Bank of Scotland and Allen & Overy in London.
